1. Oversee the daily operations of the stewarding department, including dishwashing, sanitation, and inventory management.
2. Ensure that all kitchen and dining areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

11. Assist in the recruitment and training of new stewarding staff.
