
Specialist, Sales & Lead Management Services

As the Lead Management Specialist, you will assist hotels, manage sales leads, and produce revenue with proficiency and consistent strategy through qualification, negotiation, and closing sales for hotels, via various group and transient lead sources. Assist hotels, handling all incoming leads with proficiency and consistent strategy that leads to maximizing overall hotel financial profitability and growing RevPAR Index for each hotel in a portfolio of 15 to 25 properties. Represent the hotel by responding to and negotiating with persons inquiring about the group and/or transient accommodations. Initiate preparation of proposals and contracts on hotel guestrooms and meeting space with availability and pricing strategy, strategically developed with an understanding of each hotel’s market, unique goals, and challenges.
Excellent interpersonal skills that build trust and instill confidence to motivate and influence others
One (1) year of sales or related experience
Hospitality sales experience a plus
