1. Provide excellent customer service to all guests by greeting them with a warm welcome and ensuring their needs are met throughout their dining experience.
2. Assist the servers with setting up and maintaining tables, ensuring they are clean and properly set with necessary utensils, condiments, and linens.
3. Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, while ensuring accuracy and presentation.
4. Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
5. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
6. Anticipate guests' needs and be proactive in addressing any requests or concerns.
7. Assist in taking and delivering orders, as needed, to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.
8. Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to accurately answer guest questions and make recommendations.
9. Monitor and maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, including tables, chairs, floors, and restrooms.
10. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and healthy environment for guests and team members.
11. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, representing the Hilton brand with pride and excellence.
12. Work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of dining services.
13. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service standards.
14. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain a high level of quality and service.
15. Assist in other duties as assigned by management to meet the needs of the business.
