- Lead a team of event coordinators and provide guidance, support, and training to ensure a cohesive and efficient team.
- Collaborate with various departments within the hotel, including catering, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless event execution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the best possible services and resources for events.
- Oversee event budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions for the hotel and clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the event planning and execution process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the event experience for guests and meet their evolving needs.
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards during event planning and execution.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot any potential issues or challenges that may arise during events and effectively resolve them in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of event details, expenses, and communication with clients for future reference and analysis.
- Continuously evaluate and improve event processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Represent Hilton Hotels and its brand values at all times and promote a positive image of the hotel through exceptional event experiences.
Extensive Event Planning Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Event Planning, Preferably In A Senior Role. This Includes Experience In Managing Large-Scale Events Such As Conferences, Corporate Meetings, And Weddings.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Event Experience Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Liaising With Clients, Vendors, And Team Members. Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Crucial For Building Strong Relationships And Ensuring The Success Of Events.
Project Management Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Multitask, Prioritize Tasks, And Meet Tight Deadlines. They Should Also Have Experience In Managing Budgets And Negotiating Contracts With Vendors.
