- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure financial accuracy and compliance within the Hilton Honors program.
- Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes and procedures to drive efficiency and accuracy within the Hilton Honors Finance team.
- Represent the Hilton Honors Finance team in meetings and presentations, showcasing a strong understanding of financial analysis and insights.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Financial Analysis, Preferably In The Hospitality Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Principles And Practices, Including Budgeting, Forecasting, And Financial Reporting.
Advanced Proficiency In Excel And Financial Modeling.
