Job Description

  1. Supervise the daily operations of the security team to ensure the safety and security of guests and colleagues.
  2. Develop and maintain security procedures and protocols in compliance with company standards and local laws.
  3. Train and mentor security team members on safety and security procedures, emergency response, and guest interactions.
  4. Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify and address potential security vulnerabilities.
  5. Monitor CCTV cameras and other security systems to identify and respond to any suspicious or unauthorized activity.
  6. Handle guest complaints or security incidents in a professional and timely manner, following proper escalation procedures.
  7. Collaborate with other departments, such as front desk and housekeeping, to ensure a coordinated approach to guest safety.
  8. Stay updated on current security trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the security program.
  9. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to security incidents, training, and equipment.
  10. Act as a role model for the security team, leading by example and fostering a positive and professional work environment.
  11. Respond to emergency situations and assist in emergency evacuations as needed.
  12. Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
  13. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to security team members.
  14. Manage the security budget and make recommendations for necessary resources and equipment.
  15. Uphold the company's values and code of conduct at all times, promoting a culture of safety and security throughout the hotel.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Security Supervisor Or Management Role, Preferably In A Hotel Or Hospitality Industry.

  • Excellent Knowledge Of Security Protocols, Procedures, And Best Practices To Ensure The Safety And Security Of Guests, Employees, And Hotel Property.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Supervise And Train A Team Of Security Officers.

  • Proficient In Emergency Response And Crisis Management, With The Ability To Handle High-Stress Situations Calmly And Efficiently.

  • Exceptional Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Guests, Employees, And Law Enforcement Agencies In A Professional And Diplomatic Manner.
