- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer service.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities.
- Attend networking events and trade shows to promote the hotel and generate leads.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and promptly address any guest concerns or complaints.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting performance and suggesting strategies for improvement.
- Continuously train and develop the sales team to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Stay updated on the hotel's offerings and amenities in order to effectively promote them to potential clients.
- Travel as needed for sales meetings and client visits.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Management, Preferably In The Hospitality Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Achieving And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Motivate A Team.
