  2. Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating and addressing guests' needs and concerns.
  3. Support the sales team by assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and preparing documents.
  4. Maintain accurate and organized records of sales activities, including contact information, contracts, and sales reports.
  5. Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from potential clients and partners.
  6. Coordinate and track sales leads and follow-up activities.
  7. Assist in the planning and execution of sales events and promotional activities.
  8. Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  9. Handle any administrative tasks or special projects assigned by the sales manager.
  10. Uphold Hilton Hotels' standards and values, ensuring the highest level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education Required; Associate's Or Bachelor's Degree In Hotel Management Or Related Field Preferred.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Sales Or Administrative Role, Preferably In The Hospitality Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Clients, Coworkers, And Management.

  • Proficient In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software Programs, With The Ability To Learn New Systems Quickly.

  • Strong Organizational Skills And Ability To Multitask In A Fast-Paced Environment, While Maintaining Attention To Detail And Meeting Deadlines.
