Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our dynamic team. As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests' satisfaction by maintaining cleanliness and order in our guest rooms. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing top-notch service and have a keen eye for detail. If you have a positive attitude, excellent time management skills, and a strong work ethic, we would love to have you on our team.

  1. Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and efficient manner according to hotel standards and procedures.
  2. Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and hygienic environment for guests.
  3. Replace amenities and supplies in guest rooms, including towels, linens, and toiletries.
  4. Report any maintenance issues or damage to rooms immediately to the appropriate department.
  5. Ensure all guest requests are promptly and accurately fulfilled.
  6. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with guests at all times.
  7. Follow hotel policies and procedures, including privacy and security measures.
  8. Communicate effectively with other team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
  9. Attend all required training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
  10. Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to exceed guest expectations.
  11. Maintain a neat and organized cart and storage area for cleaning supplies and equipment.
  12. Report lost and found items to the appropriate department.
  13. Proactively identify and report any potential safety hazards or security concerns.
  14. Respond promptly and courteously to any guest requests or concerns.
  15. Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
