- Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and efficient manner according to hotel standards and procedures.
- Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and hygienic environment for guests.
- Replace amenities and supplies in guest rooms, including towels, linens, and toiletries.
- Report any maintenance issues or damage to rooms immediately to the appropriate department.
- Ensure all guest requests are promptly and accurately fulfilled.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with guests at all times.
- Follow hotel policies and procedures, including privacy and security measures.
- Communicate effectively with other team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
- Attend all required training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to exceed guest expectations.
- Maintain a neat and organized cart and storage area for cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Report lost and found items to the appropriate department.
- Proactively identify and report any potential safety hazards or security concerns.
- Respond promptly and courteously to any guest requests or concerns.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent
