- Oversee and assist the Executive Chef in managing all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, menu planning, and inventory management.

- Create and maintain a positive and professional work environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented according to established standards and recipes, consistently delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop new and innovative menu items, taking into consideration customer preferences and seasonal ingredients.
- Monitor and maintain food and labor costs, implementing cost-saving measures when necessary.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to in the kitchen, including proper hygiene and sanitation practices.
- Train and develop staff on culinary techniques and best practices, promoting continuous learning and growth within the team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and ingredients to continuously enhance the dining experience for guests.
- Assist with special events and catering functions as needed, ensuring high-quality food and service are delivered.
- Act as a role model for professionalism, passion, and dedication to culinary excellence.
Culinary Degree Or Equivalent Experience In A High-End Restaurant Or Hotel Kitchen.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience As A Sous Chef Or Higher Position In A Fine Dining Establishment.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.
In-Depth Knowledge And Experience With Various Cooking Techniques, Cuisines, And Ingredients.
Ability To Create And Execute Menus That Meet Hilton's Standards For Quality And Presentation.
