- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the reservation department at Hilton Hotels.
- Lead and motivate a team of reservation agents to provide exceptional customer service and achieve department goals.
- Ensure all reservation processes and procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor and maintain reservation systems to ensure they are up-to-date and functioning properly.
- Train and onboard new reservation agents to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Handle escalated guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as front desk and sales, to ensure seamless communication and cooperation.
- Monitor reservation trends and provide suggestions for improving department performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase reservation sales and revenue.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for reservation agents and provide feedback for improvement.
- Monitor and maintain reservation reports, including occupancy rates and revenue.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the reservation department.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special packages and offers to increase reservations.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role In The Hospitality Industry, Preferably In Reservations Or Front Desk Operations.
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Oversee And Prioritize Multiple Tasks And Projects.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Motivate A Team.
Proficiency In Reservation And Property Management Systems, Such As Opera Or Onq, And Knowledge Of Hotel Revenue Management Strategies.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or A Related Field, Or Equivalent Combination Of Education And Experience.
