  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments of goods and supplies, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Organize and maintain inventory of all hotel supplies, including food and beverage items, linens, and cleaning supplies.
  • Coordinate with various departments to fulfill supply requests and ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to resolve any issues or discrepancies with deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all received goods and supplies.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of purchase orders and invoices.
  • Ensure all receiving areas are clean, safe, and well-organized.
  • Adhere to all hotel safety and security procedures.
  • Train and supervise other receiving staff members as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with other hotel staff and departments to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
  • Identify and report any maintenance or repair needs for receiving equipment or storage areas.
  • Uphold the Hilton brand standards and provide exceptional service to guests at all times.

Job Qualifications

  • Previous Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Hotel Or Hospitality Setting

  • Ability To Lift And Move Heavy Packages And Operate Equipment Such As Forklifts Or Pallet Jacks
