
Quality Assurance Manager
Welcome to the Hilton Hotels team! We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our growing company. As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive the highest level of service and satisfaction during their stay. - Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service and satisfaction for guests.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of all departments within the hotel to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure quality standards are being met in all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, food and beverage, and customer service.
- Work closely with department heads to provide training and support in implementing quality standards and addressing any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with other managers and team members to develop and implement strategies for improving guest satisfaction and overall quality.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in quality assurance to continuously improve and innovate our processes.
- Respond promptly and effectively to guest feedback and complaints, taking necessary actions to resolve any issues and prevent future occurrences.
- Monitor and analyze guest satisfaction data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Communicate regularly with upper management to provide updates on quality assurance initiatives and identify any potential risks or challenges.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Quality Assurance Or Quality Control In A Hotel Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Quality Management Systems And Processes, Such As Six Sigma Or Iso.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Train And Manage A Team Of Quality Assurance Inspectors.
