As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for balancing and reconciling daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service to our guests. - Balance and reconcile daily financial transactions, including cash, credit card, and other forms of payment.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and report any discrepancies to management.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests during the overnight hours.
- Check in guests and handle any guest inquiries or concerns.
- Assist with the preparation of daily reports and financial statements.
- Conduct audits of guest accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Handle any guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure the safety and security of the hotel and its guests during the overnight hours.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest experiences.
- Follow all hotel policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and guest service.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
Previous Experience In Hospitality Industry: The Ideal Candidate For A Night Auditor Position At Hilton Hotels Should Have Prior Experience Working In The Hospitality Industry, Preferably In A Similar Role. This Will Ensure They Have A Good Understanding Of Hotel Operations And Can Handle The Responsibilities Of The Job Effectively.

Knowledge Of Accounting And Hotel Management Software: Hilton Hotels Use Specific Accounting And Hotel Management Software, And The Candidate Should Be Familiar With These Systems. This Includes Being Proficient In Microsoft Excel And Other Relevant Software Programs.
Flexibility To Work Night Shifts And Weekends: The Night Auditor Is Responsible For Working Overnight Shifts And May Also Be Required To Work On Weekends And Holidays. The Ideal Candidate Should Be Flexible And Able To Adapt To A Non-Traditional Work Schedule.
