
Manager, Key Partner Support - Marketing & eCommerce Consulting
Proactively identify and address opportunities within the portfolio. Develop and implement digital optimization plans to improve conversion, share, and revenue for hotels. Use strong digital knowledge (ex. paid media strategy, SEO, website & content, email marketing, social, marketing campaign planning) to advise, and persuade the audience on key strategic recommendations aligned with Hilton priorities. Conduct ad hoc consultations and follows up with assessments and action plans. Provide in-depth analyses across multiple data sources to address hotel performance, opportunities, diagnose major problems and identify & act on solutions. Define and supervise key metrics for the success and health of the portfolio. Adaptability to shifting priorities and championing change in the work environment when appropriate. Entrepreneurial spirit; Motivated self-starter with a proactive, dedicated approach open to taking calculated risks.
Three (3) years of Digital Marketing and/or eCommerce experience
Two (2) years of communicating the findings to internal and/or external customers
Two (2) years of experience analyzing data
Experience working in the Hospitality and/or travel industry
Marketing experience within the hospitality (hotel) industry and/or working directly with a management company or ownership group.
Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM/Relationship Management tools
