
Manager, Digital Analytics
In Commercial Strategy, Insights, and Analytics, we are internal consultants to key functions across the business, including Hilton’s Customer, Brands, Marketing, Digital, Revenue, and Sales organizations, with specialized support for the executive leadership team. Deliver analytics to answer business questions and outline business opportunities, optimization areas, and impacts Use data and business knowledge to tell comprehensive and compelling stories to a variety of audiences and decision-makers. Provide analytical guidance, KPIs, and success metrics for individual tests, projects, product releases, and MVPs, and recommendations based on data. Deliver measurement recommendations, solution design, and technical specifications for digital analytics tracking. Build standard reporting, dashboards, and metrics so that everybody is speaking the same language. Support Customer Experience in improving digital product adoption and conversion via analysis and testing.
Proven ability to engage audiences and present compelling stories to business leaders
Familiarity with technical requirements of digital analytics tagging and tracking
Two (2) years of deep experience with a web analytics platform, including tracking solution design and debugging
One (1) year of experience in report and dashboard design and development
Experience telling complex data stories to executive audiences
