- Create and implement targeted messaging for both consumer and commercial audiences.
- Oversee and manage all communication activities, including media relations, social media, and internal communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor communications to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key media contacts and influencers.
- Serve as the primary spokesperson for Hilton Hotels, handling media inquiries and interviews.
- Prepare and distribute press releases, media kits, and other communication materials.
- Manage crisis communication plans and handle any potential reputational risks.
- Provide guidance and support to other team members on communication strategies and best practices.
- Develop and manage budgets for communication projects.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve communication strategies.
- Represent Hilton Hotels at industry events and conferences.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall business goals.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Communications Or Public Relations Role, Preferably In The Hospitality Industry.
Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Tailor Messaging To Different Audiences And Channels.
Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Projects And Deadlines Simultaneously.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Executing Strategic Communication Plans That Drive Business Results And Enhance Brand Reputation.
