Manager, Category Management

Develop, implement, and guide global programs and products in support of our overall strategic vision and corporate sustainability initiatives across all 18 brands. Implement strategies based on subject matter expertise, technical knowledge, job experience, and management skills that demonstrate our value proposition and optimize results. Develop category strategy, and drive the entire RFP process from conducting initial due diligence to finalizing contract negotiations in a cross-functional environment with applicable brands and/or corporate departments. This includes validating supplier selection and performance through price reviews, auditing, risk assessment, etc. Develop new or streamline existing internal processes to proactively promote continuous process improvements. Forecast, achieve, and document cost savings, cost containment, and cost avoidances through negotiations, competitive bids, and innovative product rationalization.
