Job Description

Support the development of a comprehensive strategic roadmap on how to better expand the reach and relevancy of the Hilton Honors program in the market of CALA. Lead internal and external research projects to create an integrated understanding of the market, customer, and competition. Support the identification of new benefits, partnerships, offers, capabilities, and marketing tactics to drive key Hilton Honors critical metrics in the region. Craft clear business cases for further investment in the region and gain alignment from cross-functional leadership. Incubate and evaluate loyalty initiatives of the region to inform global program improvements. Serve as a CALA member advocate as broader marketing, loyalty, and commercial strategies are identified. Identify white space opportunities to drive in-region member engagement.

Job Qualifications
  • Five (5) years of in-region professional experience

  • Fluency in Spanish and English

  • Experience with partnerships and loyalty programs, particularly in the region
