1. Perform regular maintenance and repairs on all hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.

11. Stay updated on industry advancements and best practices in maintenance and engineering.
12. Follow all company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and professional work environment.
13. Adhere to budgetary guidelines for maintenance expenses.
14. Train and mentor junior maintenance staff.
15. Report any major maintenance issues to the management team immediately.
16. Maintain a clean and organized maintenance workshop and storage areas.
17. Participate in regular safety meetings and ensure compliance with all safety protocols.
18. Act as a brand ambassador for Hilton Hotels and maintain a positive and professional image at all times.
