Job Description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Lobby Attendant to join our team and help create a welcoming and clean environment for our guests.   1. Greet and welcome guests as they enter the hotel lobby in a polite and friendly manner.
  2. Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times, ensuring a positive first impression for guests.
  3. Perform regular cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces.
  4. Keep track of inventory and restock items such as towels, toiletries, and other supplies as needed.
  5. Assist guests with any inquiries or requests they may have, providing exceptional customer service.
  6. Keep a watchful eye for any safety or security concerns in the lobby and report them to the appropriate personnel.
  7. Work closely with the front desk team to ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process for guests.
  8. Assist with luggage or other guest belongings as needed.
  9. Follow all hotel policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
  10. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on hotel policies, procedures, and services.
  11. Be knowledgeable about the local area and provide recommendations and directions to guests.
  12. Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner, escalating to management if necessary.
  13. Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times, representing the Hilton brand.
  14. Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  15. Perform any other duties assigned by the hotel management.
