
Lobby Attendant

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our lobby area, ensuring our guests have a memorable first impression. - Greet and welcome guests as they enter the lobby area, providing a warm and friendly first impression.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby by regularly sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, dusting furniture, and wiping down surfaces.
- Ensure that all lobby furniture, decor, and amenities are in good condition and report any damages or malfunctions to the appropriate department.
- Assist guests with any inquiries or requests, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Monitor and restock lobby supplies, such as newspapers, magazines, and brochures.
- Keep track of lost and found items in the lobby, following proper procedures for handling and returning them to guests.
- Assist with checking in and checking out guests, if needed.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.
- Follow all safety and security protocols, reporting any suspicious or concerning activities to management.
- Attend required trainings and meetings to stay updated on hotel policies and procedures.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, reflecting the high standards of Hilton Hotels.
- Continuously look for ways to improve the lobby experience for guests and provide suggestions to management.
- Adhere to the hotel's dress code and grooming standards.
- Complete any other tasks or duties assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the lobby area.
Excellent Customer Service Skills: As A Lobby Attendant, You Will Be The First Point Of Contact For Guests At The Hotel. It Is Essential To Have Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Ensure Guests Feel Welcomed And Attended To.
Attention To Detail: Lobby Attendants Are Responsible For Maintaining The Cleanliness And Appearance Of The Lobby Area. This Includes Keeping The Floors, Furniture, And Decorations In Pristine Condition. Having A Keen Eye For Detail Is Crucial For This Role.
Physical Stamina: This Position Requires Standing For Long Periods And Performing Physically Demanding Tasks Such As Lifting And Moving Furniture. Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Handle The Physical Demands Of The Job.
Multitasking Abilities: Lobby Attendants Are Often Responsible For Multiple Tasks At Once, Such As Answering Phones, Greeting Guests, And Responding To Guest Requests. The Ability To Multitask Efficiently And Prioritize Tasks Is Essential For This Role.
