Job Description

Welcome to Hilton Hotels, where we strive to provide exceptional hospitality to our guests. We are currently seeking a friendly and approachable Lobby Attendant to join our team and help create a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our lobby. As a Lobby Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay by maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our lobby area. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.   1. Greet and welcome guests as they enter the lobby, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere at all times.
  2. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area, including the front desk, seating areas, and entrances.
  3. Monitor and replenish supplies, such as newspapers, magazines, and brochures, in the lobby area.
  4. Assist guests with any inquiries or requests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  5. Keep track of guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
  6. Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  7. Respond promptly and professionally to any guest complaints or issues, escalating to a manager if necessary.
  8. Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times, representing the hotel in a positive light.
  9. Stay updated on hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to provide guests with accurate and helpful information.
  10. Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols, while on duty.
