Job Description

As a Lobby Attendant, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for our guests. We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality and takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized lobby area. If you have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic, we would love to hear from you.

  1. Greet and welcome guests as they enter the lobby area.
  2. Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, including the front desk, seating areas, and entrance.
  3. Assist guests with any inquiries and provide information about the hotel's amenities and services.
  4. Monitor lobby traffic and ensure a smooth flow of guests.
  5. Maintain a professional and friendly attitude at all times.
  6. Keep track of guest feedback and communicate any issues or concerns to management.
  7. Assist with luggage handling and storage as needed.
  8. Communicate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experience.
  9. Keep up-to-date with hotel policies, procedures, and promotions.
  10. Follow safety and security protocols to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
  11. Handle guest requests and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  12. Assist with front desk duties, such as check-ins and check-outs, as needed.
  13. Maintain a deep understanding of the local area and provide recommendations for dining, attractions, and transportation.
  14. Attend training sessions and meetings to continuously improve service skills.
  15. Adhere to company standards and procedures to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Educational Requirement For A Lobby Attendant At Hilton Hotels Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Basic Level Of Education And Can Read, Write, And Communicate Effectively.

  • Physical Fitness And Stamina: The Role Of A Lobby Attendant At Hilton Hotels Requires Physical Stamina As They May Need To Stand For Long Periods, Lift And Move Heavy Objects, And Perform Tasks That Require Physical Agility. Therefore, Candidates Must Be Physically Fit And Able To Handle The Demands Of The Job.
