
Lobby Attendant

- Greet and welcome guests as they enter the hotel, providing a warm and friendly first impression.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
- Assist guests with any questions or concerns they may have and provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure that all lobby amenities, such as newspapers and magazines, are well-stocked and easily accessible for guests.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless and efficient check-in and check-out process for guests.
- Monitor and report any maintenance or safety issues in the lobby area to the appropriate department.
- Proactively offer assistance to guests with luggage, packages, or other needs.
- Act as a concierge for guests by providing information about local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options.
- Attend to any special requests or needs of guests, demonstrating a high level of attentiveness and professionalism.
- Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the lobby area is always clean, presentable, and well-maintained.
- Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security measures.
- Continuously strive to exceed guest expectations and provide a memorable and enjoyable experience for all guests.
- Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on hotel services, amenities, and promotions.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the Hilton Hotels brand.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and supportive work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills
High School Diploma Or Equivalent
Ability To Work Flexible Hours, Including Weekends And Holidays
Previous Experience In A Similar Role Or In The Hospitality Industry
Physical Stamina And Ability To Stand For Extended Periods Of Time And Move Heavy Objects If Necessary.
