  1. Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm and friendly welcome to the hotel.
  2. Assist guests with their luggage and direct them to the appropriate areas of the hotel.
  3. Maintain a clean and tidy lobby area, including ensuring all furniture and decor are in good condition.
  4. Monitor and respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Provide information about the hotel's services, amenities, and local attractions to guests.
  6. Assist in the check-in and check-out process for guests, including handling reservations, room changes, and payments.
  7. Maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotel's policies, procedures, and facilities in order to provide accurate information to guests.
  8. Anticipate guests' needs and ensure that they are met to enhance their overall experience at the hotel.
  9. Communicate effectively with other hotel staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  10. Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism at all times.
  11. Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  12. Follow all safety and security procedures to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
  13. Assist with any other duties or tasks as assigned by the hotel management.
