- Greet and welcome guests as they enter the hotel lobby in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns guests may have.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, including the front desk, seating areas, and restrooms.
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes, including luggage handling and room assignments.
- Monitor lobby traffic and ensure that guests are attended to promptly.
- Provide information on hotel amenities and services, as well as local attractions and events.
- Uphold the Hilton brand standards by adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Respond to guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times, while representing the Hilton brand.
- Ensure the safety and security of guests by monitoring the lobby area and reporting any suspicious activity.
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required to stay updated on hotel policies and procedures.
- Assist with special projects and events as assigned by the management team.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and employees.
- Continuously strive to improve the overall guest experience by anticipating their needs and providing personalized service.
Excellent Customer Service Skills: A Lobby Attendant At Hilton Hotels Must Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Ensure Guests Feel Welcomed And Attended To During Their Stay.
Attention To Detail: From Maintaining A Clean And Organized Lobby To Keeping Track Of Guest Requests And Preferences, A Lobby Attendant Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Multitask Efficiently.
Physical Stamina: This Role May Require Long Periods Of Standing And Walking, As Well As The Ability To Lift And Move Heavy Objects Such As Luggage.
Knowledge Of Hotel Operations: A Lobby Attendant Should Have A Basic Understanding Of Hotel Operations, Such As Check-In/Check-Out Procedures, Room Availability, And Amenities Offered, In Order To Assist Guests With Their Needs.
Professional Demeanor: As The First Point Of Contact For Guests, A Lobby Attendant Must Maintain A Professional And Polished Appearance, As Well As A Friendly And Courteous Attitude At All Times.
