- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand to make informed pricing decisions.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for revenue growth and develop pricing strategies for group and transient business.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date revenue and occupancy reports.
- Collaborate with revenue management teams at the corporate level to ensure consistency and best practices across all properties.
- Conduct regular revenue meetings with property teams to review performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Train and mentor revenue management team members to ensure a high level of competency and consistency in revenue management practices.
- Continuously monitor and adjust pricing strategies to ensure optimal revenue and occupancy levels.
- Communicate revenue management strategies and performance to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, changes in market demand, and new revenue management techniques to ensure Hilton Hotels remains competitive.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including third-party vendors and travel partners.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and finance, to ensure revenue management strategies align with overall business goals.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Implement and utilize revenue management technology and tools effectively.
- Stay informed of and comply with all revenue management and pricing regulations and laws.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Revenue Management Within The Hospitality Industry.
