  1. Develop and implement revenue management strategies to increase profitability for Hilton Hotels properties.
  2. Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand to make informed pricing decisions.
  3. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for revenue growth and develop pricing strategies for group and transient business.
  4. Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date revenue and occupancy reports.
  5. Collaborate with revenue management teams at the corporate level to ensure consistency and best practices across all properties.
  6. Conduct regular revenue meetings with property teams to review performance and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Train and mentor revenue management team members to ensure a high level of competency and consistency in revenue management practices.
  8. Continuously monitor and adjust pricing strategies to ensure optimal revenue and occupancy levels.
  9. Communicate revenue management strategies and performance to senior management and other stakeholders.
  10. Stay abreast of industry trends, changes in market demand, and new revenue management techniques to ensure Hilton Hotels remains competitive.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including third-party vendors and travel partners.
  12. Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and finance, to ensure revenue management strategies align with overall business goals.
  13. Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  14. Implement and utilize revenue management technology and tools effectively.
  15. Stay informed of and comply with all revenue management and pricing regulations and laws.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
