As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong partnerships with our international clients.   1. Develop and implement an international sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
  2. Identify and develop new business opportunities with international clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, and tour operators.
  3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing international clients to increase repeat business.
  4. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and revenue management, to develop and execute effective sales campaigns and promotions.
  6. Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
  7. Negotiate contracts and agreements with international clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
  8. Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  9. Train and mentor junior sales team members on international sales techniques and strategies.
  10. Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.
  11. Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the international market to leverage for future business opportunities.
  12. Continuously monitor and analyze market trends and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies as needed.
  13. Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and finance, to ensure smooth and efficient handling of international client needs.
  14. Stay updated on new products and services offered by the company to effectively promote and sell to international clients.
  15. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company's brand and values at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In International Sales: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In International Sales, Preferably In The Hospitality Industry. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Driving Sales And Achieving Targets In A Global Market.
