  1. Conduct routine maintenance on all HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning and efficiency.
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems to identify necessary repairs.
  3. Perform repairs and replacements on HVAC equipment and components as needed.
  4. Monitor temperature and humidity levels in guest rooms and public areas to ensure optimal comfort for guests.
  5. Respond promptly to guest requests for temperature adjustments or other HVAC-related concerns.
  6. Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repairs performed on HVAC systems.
  7. Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance and repairs that may impact guest experience.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in HVAC technology.
  9. Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  10. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest inquiries and requests in a friendly and professional manner.
  11. Collaborate with other team members to ensure all guest rooms and public areas are properly heated, cooled, and ventilated.
  12. Assist in training and mentoring new HVAC technicians.
  13. Communicate effectively with management and other team members regarding any HVAC-related issues or concerns.
  14. Adhere to Hilton Hotels' standards and procedures at all times.
  15. Continuously strive to improve the functionality and efficiency of HVAC systems to enhance guest satisfaction.

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Educational Requirement For A Hvac Mechanic At Hilton Hotels Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Basic Understanding Of Mathematics, Technical Skills, And Problem-Solving Abilities.

  • Hvac Certification: A Hvac Certification From An Accredited Technical School Or Trade Program Is A Must-Have Qualification For A Hvac Mechanic At Hilton Hotels.
