  4. Respond to guest requests for HVAC assistance and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
  5. Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair work performed on HVAC systems.
  6. Maintain an inventory of necessary tools and equipment for HVAC maintenance and repairs.
  7. Collaborate with other maintenance and engineering team members to ensure all systems are functioning properly.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology to provide the best service possible.
  9. Adhere to all safety standards and procedures while performing maintenance and repair work.
  10. Communicate effectively with hotel management and other staff members to provide updates on HVAC systems and any necessary repairs.
