12. Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained.
13. Train and mentor junior HVAC technicians and assist with their development and growth within the company.
14. Continuously strive to improve the efficiency and reliability of HVAC systems to enhance guest satisfaction.
15. Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to sustainability and energy conservation.
