1. Perform regular maintenance and repairs on all HVAC systems throughout the hotel, including but not limited to heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.

3. Collaborate with other maintenance and engineering team members to ensure all systems are functioning properly and efficiently.
4. Ensure compliance with all safety and building codes while performing HVAC maintenance and repair tasks.
5. Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed on HVAC systems.
6. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of necessary HVAC equipment and parts to ensure timely and efficient repairs.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry advancements and best practices in HVAC technology and techniques.
8. Communicate effectively with hotel management and staff regarding any HVAC maintenance or repair needs.
9. Provide exceptional customer service to guests by responding promptly to any HVAC-related concerns or requests.
10. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including all tools and equipment used for HVAC maintenance and repairs.
11. Collaborate with outside contractors when necessary to complete larger HVAC projects or tasks.
12. Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for guests and employees.
13. Assist with other maintenance tasks and projects as needed.
