1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department in the hotel.
2. Develop and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the hotel.
3. Train, supervise, and schedule housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective performance.
4. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
5. Conduct regular inspections to ensure all guest rooms and public areas are up to standard.
6. Address and resolve any guest concerns or complaints related to housekeeping.
7. Collaborate with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure smooth and seamless operations.
8. Implement and enforce safety and security procedures to protect guests and staff.
9. Create and manage budgets for the housekeeping department.
10. Continuously evaluate and improve housekeeping procedures and processes.

13. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in housekeeping management.
