
Housekeeping Manager

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department in the hotel.
- Develop and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the hotel.
- Train, supervise, and schedule housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective performance.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all guest rooms and public areas are up to standard.
- Address and resolve any guest concerns or complaints related to housekeeping.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure smooth and seamless operations.
- Implement and enforce safety and security procedures to protect guests and staff.
- Create and manage budgets for the housekeeping department.
- Continuously evaluate and improve housekeeping procedures and processes.
- Hire and train new housekeeping staff as needed.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to housekeeping staff.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in housekeeping management.
- Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with all team members.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Supervisory Role In Housekeeping Or Related Field.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage A Team Of Housekeeping Staff.
Knowledge Of Hotel Industry Standards And Practices For Cleanliness And Maintenance.
Proficiency In Computer Skills, Including Experience With Housekeeping Software And Microsoft Office.
