- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel.
- Develop and implement efficient housekeeping procedures and protocols to ensure a smooth and effective workflow.
- Train, supervise, and schedule housekeeping staff to ensure they are delivering exceptional service and meeting performance expectations.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet Hilton's standards and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of housekeeping supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed to ensure the department is well-stocked.
- Maintain a safe and healthy working environment by enforcing safety procedures and providing training on safe handling of cleaning products and equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure guest needs and requests are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure quality and cost-effective cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Create and manage the housekeeping budget, including labor, supplies, and equipment, to ensure financial goals are met.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in housekeeping to continuously improve and enhance the guest experience.
- Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns regarding housekeeping services, and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure the housekeeping team is knowledgeable and motivated.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, and recognition of team members' contributions.
- Adhere to all Hilton policies and procedures, including cleanliness, safety, and security protocols.
- Represent Hilton Hotels in a professional and courteous manner, always striving to exceed guest expectations and maintain the hotel's reputation for excellence.
Excellent Organizational And Time Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role In The Hospitality Industry, Preferably In Housekeeping.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team Of Housekeeping Staff.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Housekeeping Procedures, Cleaning Techniques, And Industry Standards.
Familiarity With Hilton Brand Standards And Procedures, And A Commitment To Maintaining High Levels Of Cleanliness And Guest Satisfaction.
