  1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department at Hilton Hotels.
  2. Develop and implement cleaning procedures and standards to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel.
  3. Train, mentor, and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable, efficient, and provide exceptional service to guests.
  4. Schedule and assign tasks to housekeeping staff, ensuring all areas of the hotel are cleaned and maintained according to Hilton's standards.
  5. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back of house areas to ensure cleanliness and report any maintenance or repair needs.
  6. Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and storage.
  7. Collaborate with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure efficient and timely services for guests.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality products and services are provided at competitive prices.
  9. Handle guest complaints and requests related to housekeeping, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Monitor housekeeping budget and make recommendations for cost-saving measures without compromising quality and standards.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and best practices in housekeeping to continuously improve services and standards at Hilton Hotels.
  12. Uphold and enforce hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security measures, to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff.
  13. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to housekeeping staff, recognizing and addressing areas of improvement.
  14. Collaborate with the human resources department to recruit, train, and develop new housekeeping staff as needed.
  15. Represent Hilton Hotels in a professional and positive manner, promoting the brand and maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In A Supervisory Role In A Housekeeping Department, Preferably In A Luxury Hotel Environment.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills To Effectively Manage A Team Of Housekeeping Staff And Work Collaboratively With Other Departments.

  • Knowledge Of Housekeeping Procedures, Cleaning Techniques, And Industry Standards To Ensure High-Quality And Efficient Service.

  • Ability To Develop And Implement Training Programs For Housekeeping Staff And Monitor Their Performance To Maintain Hilton's High Standards Of Cleanliness.

  • Proficiency In Computer Skills For Managing Inventory, Scheduling, And Reporting, As Well As Familiarity With Housekeeping Software And Systems Used By Hilton.
