- Oversee and inspect the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure they meet Hilton's high standards.
- Train, supervise, and motivate a team of housekeeping staff to maintain a high level of cleanliness and efficiency.
- Conduct regular room inspections to ensure that all rooms are properly cleaned and stocked with amenities.
- Monitor and address guest complaints or concerns regarding housekeeping services in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the front desk team to manage room inventory and prioritize guest requests.
- Maintain and update the housekeeping schedule to ensure appropriate coverage and efficient use of resources.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and communicate any needs to the appropriate department.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to housekeeping staff to ensure continuous improvement.
- Train and enforce safety procedures and proper use of equipment to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Implement and maintain Hilton's sustainability practices by reducing waste, conserving energy, and promoting eco-friendly practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in housekeeping and implement them in daily operations.
- Act as a role model for the housekeeping team by demonstrating a positive attitude, exceptional work ethic, and commitment to Hilton's values and standards.
