1. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
2. Work alongside the housekeeping team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
3. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms, including changing linens, vacuuming, dusting, and restocking amenities.
4. Assist with the delivery of guest requests, such as extra towels or amenities, to ensure guest satisfaction.
5. Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs in guest rooms or public areas.
6. Adhere to all safety and security procedures to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for guests and team members.
7. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests and team members.
8. Assist with the stocking and organization of housekeeping carts and supply closets.
9. Maintain a thorough understanding of all hotel services, amenities, and promotions to provide knowledgeable and helpful assistance to guests.
10. Continuously strive to improve and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel.
11. Attend departmental meetings and training sessions as required.
12. Perform other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor.
