- Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
- Perform a variety of housekeeping tasks, such as vacuuming, dusting, and making beds, in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure that all guest rooms are fully stocked with amenities and supplies, and report any deficiencies to the appropriate department.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist housekeeping staff with the removal of trash and dirty linens from guest rooms.
- Keep hallways, stairways, and other common areas clean and free of debris.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
- Assist with the delivery of guest requests, such as extra pillows or towels.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
- Follow all hotel policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security.
- Attend departmental meetings and training sessions as required.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Flexibility to work different shifts and weekends as needed.
- Adhere to all Hilton Hotels brand standards and guidelines.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Guests And Team Members.
Ability To Work Flexible Hours, Including Weekends And Holidays.
Prior Experience In Housekeeping Or Related Field, Preferably In A Hotel Setting.
Physical Stamina And Ability To Lift And Move Heavy Objects, Such As Furniture And Equipment.
Attention To Detail And Ability To Maintain Cleanliness And Organization In Public Areas And Guest Rooms.
