- Uphold and promote Hilton's luxury and innovation brand image through all data-driven decisions.
- Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline processes within the hotel performance analytics department.
- Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and accountability within the department.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Hotel Operations And/Or Revenue Management.
Strong Analytical And Data Management Skills, With Proficiency In Excel And Hotel Industry-Specific Software Such As Str, Hotstats, Or Ota Insight.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Data To Stakeholders At All Levels.
Proven Track Record Of Implementing Successful Revenue Management Strategies And Driving Hotel Performance.
