- Use data insights to make strategic recommendations for improving guest satisfaction and overall hotel performance.
- Develop and maintain performance metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions and initiatives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide insights and recommendations to hotel management.
- Utilize data to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor performance to inform decision-making.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Train and educate hotel staff on the importance of data analysis and how it impacts guest satisfaction.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data collection and analysis processes, and make improvements as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hotel Operations, Revenue Management, Or Analytics.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Present Data Effectively.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Visualization Tools Such As Excel, Tableau, And Sql.
Experience In Managing And Leading A Team, With Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
