  1. Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns in hotel performance.
  2. Use data insights to make strategic recommendations for improving guest satisfaction and overall hotel performance.
  3. Develop and maintain performance metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions and initiatives.
  5. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide insights and recommendations to hotel management.
  6. Utilize data to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor performance to inform decision-making.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  9. Train and educate hotel staff on the importance of data analysis and how it impacts guest satisfaction.
  10. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data collection and analysis processes, and make improvements as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hotel Operations, Revenue Management, Or Analytics.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Present Data Effectively.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Visualization Tools Such As Excel, Tableau, And Sql.

  • Experience In Managing And Leading A Team, With Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
