- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor performance to identify potential areas for improvement.
- Communicate performance updates and insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports to track progress and communicate results.
- Train and mentor team members on data analysis techniques and best practices.
- Identify and implement new technologies and tools to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by conducting regular audits and implementing quality control processes.
- Collaborate with the revenue management team to develop pricing strategies based on data analysis.
- Continuously seek opportunities to optimize processes and improve efficiency through data analysis.
- Stay informed on emerging trends and developments in the hospitality industry to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition.
Bachelor’s Degree In Hospitality Management, Business Analytics, Or A Related Field.
3-5 Years Of Experience In Hotel Performance Analytics, Preferably In A Managerial Role.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.
Experience With Hotel Industry Performance Metrics And Data Analysis Tools, Such As Str, Hotstats, Or Revpar.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Senior Management.
