- Greet and welcome guests to Hilton Hotels with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Efficiently and accurately check guests in and out, ensuring all necessary information is collected and recorded.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating and fulfilling guest needs and preferences.
- Ensure all guest information and preferences are accurately recorded and communicated to relevant departments.
- Assist with reservations, room assignments, and room changes as needed.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and local area attractions to provide recommendations and information to guests.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions according to hotel policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless and positive guest experience.
- Follow all safety and security procedures to maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
- Continuously strive to improve and enhance the guest experience through personal interactions and feedback.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the lobby and front desk.
- Attend and actively participate in training sessions and meetings to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to all Hilton Hotels standards, policies, and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager or Hotel Manager.
Excellent Communication Skills: A Guest Service Agent At Hilton Hotels Must Possess Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Guests, Colleagues, And Management.
Customer Service Experience: Previous Experience In A Customer Service Role Is Highly Beneficial For A Guest Service Agent At Hilton Hotels. This Includes The Ability To Handle Difficult Situations And Provide Exceptional Service To Guests.
Attention To Detail: As A Guest Service Agent, Attention To Detail Is Crucial In Accurately Processing Reservations, Managing Guest Accounts, And Maintaining Guest Satisfaction.
Multitasking Abilities: A Guest Service Agent At Hilton Hotels Must Be Able To Handle Multiple Tasks At Once, Such As Answering Phone Calls, Checking In Guests, And Responding To Guest Requests.
