  1. Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival at the hotel with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by anticipating and fulfilling guests' needs and requests.
  3. Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  4. Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  5. Maintain a high level of knowledge about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to assist guests with their needs.
  6. Process payments and accurately handle cash and credit card transactions.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including the lobby and guest registration area.
  8. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  9. Ensure compliance with all hotel policies and procedures.
  10. Up-sell hotel services and amenities to enhance guests' experiences.
  11. Maintain confidentiality of guest information and protect their privacy.
  12. Attend all required training sessions and meetings to stay current on hotel information and procedures.
  13. Follow safety and security protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and colleagues.
  14. Demonstrate a strong attention to detail when handling guest reservations and requests.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for Hilton Hotels, representing the company in a positive and professional manner.
