Job Description

Welcome to Hilton Hotels! We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Guest Service Agent. As a Guest Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their satisfaction and creating a memorable experience during their stay.   1. Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival at the hotel with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  2. Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring all necessary information is collected and accurate.
  3. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  4. Provide personalized recommendations and assistance to guests regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including keeping supplies stocked and organized.
  6. Process payments and deposits accurately and efficiently.
  7. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.
  8. Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and special events to provide accurate and up-to-date information to guests.
  9. Handle guest requests and special accommodations, such as room changes or additional services, with a high level of attention to detail.
  10. Follow all safety and security protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and the property.
  11. Continuously strive to exceed guest expectations and create a positive and memorable experience for all guests.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador for Hilton Hotels, representing our values and commitment to exceptional customer service.
  13. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding guest feedback and any issues that arise.
  14. Attend training and development programs to enhance skills and stay updated on industry trends and standards.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to guest privacy and confidentiality.

  • Attention To Detail: As A Guest Service Agent, You Will Be Responsible For Ensuring That Guest Information Is Accurate And Up-To-Date, Managing Reservations, And Processing Payments. Attention To Detail Is Crucial In Performing These Tasks Accurately And Efficiently.

  • Computer Proficiency: The Use Of Technology Is An Integral Part Of The Guest Service Agent Role. A Candidate Should Be Comfortable With Using Various Computer Programs, Such As Reservation Systems, Email, And Microsoft Office. Knowledge Of Other Hotel-Specific Software Is Also Desirable.
