- Promote and upsell hotel amenities and services to guests.
- Understand and adhere to all safety and security procedures.

- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and in accordance with company policies.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and reservations.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Stay current with industry trends and continue to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Uphold the high standards of Hilton Hotels and represent the brand in a positive manner.
Excellent Communication Skills: A Guest Service Agent Should Have Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Interact With Guests, Colleagues, And Other Departments Within The Hotel.
Customer Service Experience: Prior Experience In A Customer Service Role Is Essential For A Guest Service Agent Position. This Includes Handling Guest Inquiries, Resolving Complaints, And Providing Exceptional Service.
Knowledge Of Hotel Operations: A Good Understanding Of Hotel Operations, Including Check-In/Out Procedures, Room Types, And Amenities, Is Necessary For A Guest Service Agent To Effectively Assist Guests.
Attention To Detail: A Guest Service Agent Must Pay Close Attention To Details To Ensure Accuracy In Guest Reservations, Billing, And Other Administrative Tasks.
