  1. Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay.
  2. Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and accurately, ensuring all necessary information is collected and recorded.
  3. Handle all guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Maintain a strong knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and policies to effectively assist guests.
  5. Communicate effectively with all hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met and any issues are resolved.
  6. Assist with reservations, room assignments, and billing processes.
  7. Monitor and respond to guest reviews and feedback, taking necessary actions to improve guest satisfaction.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly.
  9. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
  10. Attend and actively participate in training sessions and meetings to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  11. Adhere to all hotel and company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  12. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
  13. Provide recommendations and assist with booking local attractions, restaurants, and transportation for guests.
  14. Continuously strive to exceed guest expectations and create memorable experiences.
  15. Be a brand ambassador for Hilton Hotels, upholding the company's values and standards at all times.
