  1. Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
  2. Check guests in and out of the hotel, verifying reservations, room preferences, and payment information.
  3. Provide guests with information about the hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  4. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  5. Maintain a high level of knowledge about Hilton Hotels brand standards and policies.
  6. Assist guests with special requests, such as room upgrades or additional amenities.
  7. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  8. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with online reservations.
  9. Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions.
  10. Ensure the lobby, front desk, and other public areas are clean and presentable at all times.
  11. Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service to enhance their stay.
  12. Handle confidential guest information with discretion and ensure privacy and security.
  13. Stay updated on hotel promotions, packages, and discounts to upsell and cross-sell to guests.
  14. Follow safety and security protocols to create a safe environment for guests and colleagues.
  15. Attend training sessions and meetings to enhance skills and knowledge about Hilton Hotels standards and procedures.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: A Successful Guest Service Agent At Hilton Hotels Must Possess Exceptional Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written. They Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Guests, Colleagues, And Management In A Professional And Courteous Manner.

  • Customer Service Experience: The Ideal Candidate For A Guest Service Agent Role Should Have Previous Experience In A Customer-Facing Role, Such As In The Hospitality Industry. They Must Have A Strong Desire To Provide Exceptional Customer Service And Be Able To Handle Difficult Situations With Grace And Empathy.

  • Attention To Detail: In A Fast-Paced Hotel Environment, It Is Crucial That A Guest Service Agent Pays Close Attention To Detail. This Includes Accurately Recording Guest Information, Handling Cash And Credit Card Transactions, And Ensuring All Guest Requests And Inquiries Are Followed Up On Promptly.

  • Multitasking Ability: Working At The Front Desk Of A Hotel Can Be Demanding, And A Guest Service Agent Must Be Able To Handle Multiple Tasks Simultaneously. This Includes Checking Guests In And Out, Answering Phone Calls, Responding To Emails, And Assisting With Guest Requests.

  • Knowledge Of Hotel Operations: While On-The-Job Training Will Be Provided, A Basic Understanding Of Hotel Operations Is Highly Desirable For A Guest Service Agent. This Includes Knowledge Of Reservation Systems, Room Types, Hotel Amenities, And Local Area Attractions. This Knowledge Will Enable Them To Provide Accurate And Helpful Information To Guests.
