- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about Hilton Hotels brand standards and policies.
- Assist guests with special requests, such as room upgrades or additional amenities.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

- Ensure the lobby, front desk, and other public areas are clean and presentable at all times.

They Must Have A Strong Desire To Provide Exceptional Customer Service And Be Able To Handle Difficult Situations With Grace And Empathy.
Attention To Detail: In A Fast-Paced Hotel Environment, It Is Crucial That A Guest Service Agent Pays Close Attention To Detail. This Includes Accurately Recording Guest Information, Handling Cash And Credit Card Transactions, And Ensuring All Guest Requests And Inquiries Are Followed Up On Promptly.
Multitasking Ability: Working At The Front Desk Of A Hotel Can Be Demanding, And A Guest Service Agent Must Be Able To Handle Multiple Tasks Simultaneously. This Includes Checking Guests In And Out, Answering Phone Calls, Responding To Emails, And Assisting With Guest Requests.
