  1. Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs and requests are met in a timely and friendly manner.
  2. Serve as the first point of contact for guests, welcoming them to the hotel and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  3. Handle all guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
  4. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the hotel's services, amenities, and local area to assist guests with recommendations and reservations.
  5. Complete check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary paperwork and payments are processed.
  6. Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times, representing the hotel in a positive manner.
  7. Collaborate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  8. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly, following hotel policies and procedures.
  9. Assist with resolving any guest issues or complaints, escalating to management if necessary.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including lobby and guest lounge areas.
  11. Continuously strive to improve guest satisfaction and exceed guest expectations.
  12. Demonstrate a strong understanding and adherence to Hilton Hotels' brand standards and values.
  13. Attend training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge of hotel operations.
  14. Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of guests and team members.
  15. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication Skills: A Successful Guest Service Agent Must Have Strong Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written. They Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Guests, Colleagues, And Management In A Professional And Courteous Manner.

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous Experience In A Customer Service Role Is A Must For A Guest Service Agent At Hilton Hotels. This Could Include Experience In A Hotel, Restaurant, Or Other Service-Oriented Industry.

  • Multitasking Abilities: The Role Of A Guest Service Agent Requires The Ability To Juggle Multiple Tasks And Priorities, Such As Answering Phone Calls, Checking Guests In And Out, And Handling Guest Requests. The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Multitask Efficiently And Effectively.

  • Attention To Detail: A Guest Service Agent Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Ensure That Guest Reservations Are Accurate, Requests Are Fulfilled, And The Overall Guest Experience Meets The High Standards Of Hilton Hotels.

  • Knowledge Of Hotel Operations: While Training Will Be Provided, A Basic Understanding Of Hotel Operations Is Preferred For A Guest Service Agent Role. This Includes Knowledge Of Reservation Systems, Check-In And Check-Out Procedures, And Hotel Amenities And Services.
