- Handle guest complaints and escalate as needed to the appropriate management.
- Act as a liaison between the hotel and guests, providing personalized service and attention to their needs.
- Implement and maintain guest loyalty programs and initiatives to ensure guest satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times, representing the Hilton brand and values.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to recommend new ideas and strategies for guest satisfaction.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff on customer service skills, hotel policies, and procedures.
- Ensure all guest-related operations are in compliance with company standards and regulations.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or Related Field.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Knowledge Of Hotel Operations And Procedures.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Customer Service Or Guest Relations Role.
